ordering your painting

The paintings shown on this website are for sale at the price shown in £GBP and available for immediate purchase unless marked ’sold’ or ’reserved’.

Browse through the galleries listed and purchase your painting/s securely online from this Paypal verified website. Simply click on the thumbnails in the galleries to see an enlarged view of each artwork with it’s description and price. For delivery to an address in the United Kingdom, just click on the ’Add to basket’ button under the painting/s you wish to purchase and follow the easy Paypal procedure as UK delivery is free of charge.

For worldwide dispatch, please contact Andrea Farmer Contemporary Art before using Paypal to determine the best means of delivery and cost involved.

You can also purchase offline by sending a UK bank account cheque.

Andrea Farmer Contemporary Art dispatches all paintings via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or courier within 5 working days after payment has cleared. All artworks are well packaged with bubble wrap and strong card for protection. Special care is taken with framed paintings and glass. All paintings are fully insured during transit to ensure safe arrival and will require a signature upon delivery.

All paintings are delivered ready to hang, dated and signed by the artist. All box edge/deep box edge canvases are painted on all visible sides for a minimalist look and do not require framing.

Previous buyers are entitled to a 20% discount off any painting. Please e-mail Andrea Farmer to arrange this.

Andrea Farmer Contemporary Art is a Paypal Verified website. Payment is accepted via Paypal by credit or debit card. For delivery to an address in the United Kingdom, just click on the ’Add to basket’ button under the painting/s you wish to purchase and follow the easy Paypal procedure as UK delivery is free of charge. For all other worldwide packing & delivery costs please telephone or e-mail Andrea Farmer Contemporary Art.

Credit and Debit Card Security - Paypal is a globally recognised secure online payment system, enabling buyers to send and receive money online. Clicking on the ’Add to basket’ button on this site will direct you to the Paypal website to enable you to make your payment online. Paypal is a secure site and will have a closed padlock, normally at the bottom right hand side of the browser window to show this.

paying by cheque

Alternatively payment is accepted by cheques drawn on a UK bank account. If you wish to pay by cheque please e-mail your order to Andrea Farmer Contemporary Art quoting the following information:

● name of painting/s
● full name and delivery address
● contact telephone number

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you by return, confirming the order remittance due (including packing & delivery costs) and details of where to send your payment.

how to commission your own painting

Any painting displayed on this site can be commissioned in a similar style and in any colours / size you choose depending on canvas availability - a unique and personal work of art can be produced for your home, office, wine bar, restaurant etc. or as a gift for that special person. Favourite themes, places, colours, room decor, budget etc. will all be taken into consideration when creating your personalised work of art.

Please contact Andrea Farmer to discuss your commission requirements in detail. This can be done either in person (on-site where appropriate), by e-mail or telephone to establish with you the most appropriate style and colour scheme to compliment the space in question.

A no obligation quotation and approximate completion date will then be provided. On acceptance of the quotation a non-returnable 50% deposit is all that is required to start your commission with the balance paid upon completion. You will receive regular progress updates and photographs via e-mail of your painting in progress.

returns and damaged goods

Andrea Farmer Contemporary Art operates within the distance selling rules and is able to offer a 14 day, no quibble, money back guarantee on the cost of the painting purchased (not return postage, packaging and insurance costs). Refunds will be given using the same method payment was made, i.e. cheque or Paypal within 10 days of the paintings return.

Please consider the limitations of digital photography and computer monitor colour accuracy when viewing artworks on this (or any) website. Sometimes it is possible to arrange a private viewing of the painting you wish to purchase.

The buyer must pay for the return delivery, packaging and must insure the item during transit as refunds are only authorised if the item is returned in perfect condition for re-sale. If possible please re-use packaging or re-package to a suitable standard for transit.

Please check the condition of the painting/s when delivered and notify Andrea Farmer Contemporary Art within 24 hours if damage is discovered. Please keep all original packaging and take digital photographs if possible, as this may be required to make a claim with Royal Mail, Parcelforce or courier. Your matter will be resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
